How do we obtain data?

- by collecting so-called "cookies" - stored in the web browsers you/customers use to browse our site, e.g. on your computer, phone, or other device

- by analyzing data provided to us by a tool such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

- through information that the User/Customer voluntarily enters in forms on our site, e.g. by signing up for our newsletter

- by subscribing to a newsletter

- through data that the User/Customer enters when placing an order in our online store.

For what purpose do we process personal data? 

- in order to operate the Online Store to process orders placed by Customers

- in order to operate the newsletter, to contact Users/Customers within the framework of sending our newsletter informing about promotions and news in our online store

- for analytics and statistics using Anonymous Information to better tailor ads and marketing campaigns we run on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads. They allow us to display content to Users that could potentially be of interest to them (e.g. information about new collections, sales or events organized by our brand). We can carry out these activities through a code placed on our website (the so-called Facebook Pixel or Google code file)

- in order to handle social media

- in order to provide additional features, e.g. social widgets, newsletters, tools provided by third parties

- in order to fulfill personal protection obligations.

What information do we have?

Name, email address, IP address, data collected in the mailing system, information visible in social media profiles, information contained in correspondence, anonymous information.

How do we secure the data we collect? 

We protect User/Customer data from loss, destruction or unauthorized access through appropriate technical and organizational measures. We password-protect our devices and transmit data using encryption. Our site also includes an SSL security certificate that allows for the secure transmission of data through our site. However, if, despite this, the security of Users'/Customers' data is compromised, we will inform them within 24 hours of our discovery of the irregularity.

Anonymous Information can be accessed by tool and plug-in providers, who are independent data controllers. Personal information is processed by them according to the rules they set out in their own regulations and privacy policies.

We are unable to determine for how long we will process your personal data. If you have provided us with your data in a form or email for contact purposes then we will process your data until you request the deletion of that data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Administrator
